RJ Watters

CEO & Digital Strategist

RJ is a self-taught entrepreneur with a passion for understanding the importance of a clearly defined brand and its relationship to successful digital marketing strategies. As an 18-year resident of Arizona from a small town outside of Chicago, RJ is a proud graduate from Arizona State University. He started his marketing career at a small but well-known Phoenix travel agency where he quickly moved his way up to Marketing Director by helping them generate over five million in annual sales. Through his five years at the agency, he learned how to turn his small marketing budget into great results by utilizing affordable content marketing strategies such as writing press releases, travel blog creation and writing, proper website SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing. Understanding how many people you can reach digitally, RJ quickly learned to capitalize on those skills by starting his own business, Fourth Element Marketing, where he applies all of his marketing knowledge helping small businesses in a variety of industries such as retail, entertainment, service, travel, non-profit, real estate, and home repair. He is a pro at utilizing small budgets for maximum results through a variety of digital mediums.
